A one-time search using your name and location on participating data-broker and people-search sites. Your private report lists possible matches, source links and search coverage, including incomplete searches. You can mark which listings belong to you. The free scan does not separately search your company’s records.

The scan is a starting point, not a complete inventory of everything about you online. It does not include removal requests or ongoing monitoring.

No. When scans open, you’ll verify your email and confirm your own name and city/state in a private workspace. You’ll receive an email when your report is ready. The process is designed to work without a consultation or meeting.

Once requests open, each saved request will include a reference number and a downloadable copy. We retain your request, the date and the exact scan scope you acknowledged. A request receipt confirms what you asked for; it does not mean a scan or removal has been completed.

No. The scan is complimentary, with no credit card and no automatic enrollment. If you want us to handle removals and monthly monitoring afterward, you can choose a paid membership. Each enrolled person must authorize removals before we act.

Timing varies by site and its verification requirements. Some listings are removed sooner; others need follow-up. We begin with a scan and signed authorization, then track each request. Your monthly report shows confirmed removals and work still in progress.

We don’t promise that every listing will disappear by a particular date.

Yes. Brokers can refresh their databases or pick up information from another source. That’s why this is an ongoing service. We check monthly and submit new removal requests when information returns. No service can guarantee that a listing will never reappear.

Yes. Your company can pay for either membership. Each enrolled person still gives their own authorization and receives their own private report, regardless of who pays.

Each enrolled person receives their own report, with access limited to that person and the Untraced team handling their service. An owner or company paying for a membership does not automatically receive another person’s report.

Untraced is designed around business owners: your personal exposure, the connections to your company, and up to three key people on one membership. Our service combines authorized removals, monthly monitoring and a separate private report for each person.

When comparing providers, consider the sites covered, reporting frequency, who can access reports and how additional people are enrolled. You can ask any follow-up questions by email.

No. The focus is exposed personal and company-linked information on data brokers and people-search sites. Your website, legitimate business presence, original public records, required filings and news coverage are outside this service’s removal scope.
